Harvesting with a purpose
We harvest surplus citrus fruit from local neighborhood trees to ensure that it is not wasted, but rather used in a positive way to help those who need it the most, like local food banks or lemonade stands for children. Our youth learn that they can make a difference in their local community, no matter how small the action. We believe being connected to nature strengthens resilience and builds future problem solvers.

We believe that educating our youth about the environment is the most powerful tool you can use to increase literacy, science and social skills, and civic participation in our local community.
We use gardens and the great outdoors to teach children about the importance of teamwork, patience, and self-confidence. We share knowledge about nature, gardening, and local food systems.
